FACTS:
This is reported to be the classic Vagabond 47 Hull #1. The current owner began a comprehensive refit and spent thousands of dollars on
many things to restore her. She has new sails, new
aluminum masts and SS rigging, new fiberglass decks, new aluminum fuel tanks and so on. However, due
to personal reasons, she has been unable to follow up on the repairs and
re-conditioning of this great yacht and now must sell it to someone
with the passion to restore her to her original glory.
The bottom is blister free, the
hull and decks are in very good condition, the sails, masts and SS rigging are new (old sails
also available). Her engine was re-conditioned and she was commissioned and motor
sailed from Baltimore to Virginia. Her interior has been stripped of old and
damaged wood, leaks repaired and prepped for building out to your dream yacht
interior. With some initial rework, she can be a very economical way to
live aboard while finishing up the details to make her ready for the great
